An effective job search requires a combination of personal effort and institutional support. The MLOG and ZLOG programs collaborate to provide corporate recruitment events, company presentations and interview sessions throughout the academic year. ZLOG students also have access to resources of MIT career services, as well as the MLOG/ZLOG alumni network which stretches around the globe and across industries.

Placement
ZLOG graduates have been very well received in the marketplace. Over 80% of the students looking for jobs had offers by graduation. A number of students coming from outside the EU and US were able to obtain good positions in these regions. The ZLOG base salary range (without bonus) was generally between €50,000 and €85,000 in Europe and $60,000 to $100,000 in the US. Even students with little experience prior to the program leveraged the specialized supply chain training to obtain positions with a good salary, significant responsibility, and advancement opportunity – with some placed in management development programs consisting of rotation among functional responsibilities and international locations.
